ChiefBriefing AI Terms & Conditions

Effective date: September 6, 2026 · Version 1.0

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using ChiefBriefing AI, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

Description of Service

ChiefBriefing AI is a subscription-based software platform that provides AI-assisted public-safety intelligence, including applicable legislative information, public safety technology updates, department news, Department Pulse intelligence, and other information made available through the platform.

Informational Purposes Only

Information provided through ChiefBriefing AI is intended for informational and awareness purposes.

The service does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, official government guidance, or a substitute for independent professional judgment.

Users are responsible for independently verifying information and consulting appropriate legal, policy, governmental, or professional resources before making operational, personnel, legal, or policy decisions.

AI-Generated Content

Some information, summaries, classifications, and briefings are generated or assisted by artificial intelligence.

AI-generated information may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or incomplete information and should be independently verified.

User Accounts

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity occurring under their account.

Subscription and Payment

ChiefBriefing AI is offered on a subscription basis. Current pricing:

  • $99 per month, or
  • $990 per year

Subscription fees are billed automatically in advance according to the selected billing cycle and will continue until cancelled.

You authorize ChiefBriefing AI and its reseller to automatically charge the applicable subscription fee to your selected payment method at each renewal.

Payment, billing, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Payments, Paddle and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

ChiefBriefing AI is the software and service provided by Public Safety Growth Partners. Paddle handles the commercial transaction as Merchant of Record, and processes orders, billing, applicable taxes and payment-related transactions. Subscription billing is recurring until cancelled in accordance with these subscription terms. The price and billing frequency of your subscription are shown to you before purchase, at plan selection and again in Paddle Checkout.

Founding Agency Pricing

Agencies that subscribe during the Founding Agency period receive the preferred rate of $99 per month or $990 per year. The preferred Founding Agency rate remains available while the qualifying agency maintains an active, uninterrupted subscription, subject to the Founding Agency program terms configured in the service. If a Founding Agency subscription lapses, later subscriptions may be offered at the then-current standard pricing. Pricing may change where required by law, taxes, or a material change to the service, with reasonable notice.

Cancellation and Refunds

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues through the end of the billing period already paid for.

Refund requests for purchases made through Paddle are handled through Paddle and are subject to Paddle's applicable Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, as well as any mandatory rights provided by applicable law. Requests can be raised with Paddle buyer support at paddle.net. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Changes to Pricing or Service

Public Safety Growth Partners does not control all third-party information and cannot guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or continued availability.

Intellectual Property

The ChiefBriefing AI platform, software, design, branding, AI-generated product presentation, and proprietary content belong to or are licensed by Public Safety Growth Partners.

Users may use the service for their organization's internal purposes but may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the platform without written permission.

Acceptable Use

Users may not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, subject to applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Public Safety Growth Partners disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Public Safety Growth Partners and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, ChiefBriefing AI — including reliance on any information or AI-generated content provided through the platform.

In all cases, the total aggregate liability of Public Safety Growth Partners relating to the service will not exceed the subscription fees paid by the customer for the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply.

Termination

Public Safety Growth Partners may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
