Refund & Cancellation Policy

ChiefBriefing AI offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for every new subscription.

Customers may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of their initial purchase or subscription payment. For annual subscriptions, the refund request must be made within 30 calendar days of the annual payment.

After the 30-day refund period, subscription payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

ChiefBriefing AI is the software service provided by Public Safety Growth Partners. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paddle.com handles payment processing, billing, applicable taxes, subscription management, and refunds on behalf of ChiefBriefing AI and Public Safety Growth Partners. ChiefBriefing AI does not receive or store customers' full payment card information.

You may cancel your ChiefBriefing AI subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges.

When a subscription is cancelled, access to ChiefBriefing AI continues through the end of the billing period that has already been paid for, and ends when that period expires. Your account, department record and settings are retained so access can be restored if you subscribe again.

Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for unused time after the applicable 30-day refund period.

Because Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record and processes all payments for ChiefBriefing AI, refund requests are handled through Paddle.

To request a refund, contact Paddle's buyer support at paddle.net using the email address you used at checkout. You may also contact ChiefBriefing AI support at support@chiefbriefing.ai for assistance with product-related issues or help starting a refund request.

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Timing for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. Refunds may also be subject to Paddle's Refund Policy and Paddle's Buyer Terms, as well as any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.
